About Kaiyan

Healthcare navigation and coordination across borders

Kaiyan Global Health helps individuals and families understand their healthcare options and coordinate care across countries, healthcare systems, and specialties.

We work with selected hospitals, international medical departments, specialist clinics, and local partners to help you prepare for care, navigate the process, and plan the transition home.

Who we help

We support people exploring planned care abroad, families seeking specialist input on a complex condition, and those coordinating care for loved ones in another country. Some clients need help arranging a health assessment; others need support organizing records, connecting with an appropriate specialist, or managing several steps across institutions.

How we support you

Before care. We begin with your needs, existing records, and the questions you want answered. We help arrange clinical review where appropriate, identify relevant providers, and clarify appointments, estimated costs, language support, and practical arrangements.

During care. Our coordination team supports communication with providers and helps you navigate the agreed schedule, documents, and practical needs as the case progresses.

After care. We help you obtain usable records, clarify follow-up arrangements with your treating team, and support communication with your local care providers when needed.

Areas of support

Our programs span executive checkups and specialty screening; brain health and cancer care; women's and children's health; eye, dental, and aesthetic care; traditional Chinese medicine; and longevity and wellness. We also support complex case coordination and ongoing family health coordination through Kaiyan ENA. The appropriate pathway depends on the individual's needs and the clinical services available.

The people behind the coordination

Our team brings together leadership in healthcare network development, client operations, technology, finance, and international partnerships. We work across markets with local partners and healthcare providers, connecting practical support with the clinical expertise each case requires.

Our global network

Our network connects client communities and professional partners across markets with selected care providers. China and Japan are our principal care destinations, with additional provider relationships in Singapore and Switzerland. We continue to develop local relationships as the network grows.

Client and partner connections. Atlanta and the San Francisco Bay Area; Vancouver and Toronto; London and Paris; Singapore and Dubai; Central Asia and Moscow. These connections include local representatives, professional networks, community relationships, and business partners.

Care destinations. In China, our provider network spans Shanghai, Guangzhou, Hainan, Beijing, and Hangzhou. We also coordinate with selected providers in Japan, Singapore, and Switzerland. We consider the relevant specialty, provider experience, communication needs, and practical arrangements when helping identify an appropriate option.

Our approach

We start with what you need to resolve and organize the next steps around it. Medical assessment and treatment decisions remain with licensed clinicians. Kaiyan coordinates access, communication, and the practical handoffs between people and institutions, with attention to privacy and clear responsibilities.

Tell us what you are trying to arrange, where you are based, and any timing considerations. Our team will help clarify whether Kaiyan can support you and what information is needed next.
