Kaiyan Global Health (“Kaiyan”, “we”, “us”) designs and coordinates cross-border medical journeys. Because our work involves sensitive personal and health information, protecting your privacy is fundamental to how we operate. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
Kaiyan Global Health is a cross-border medical concierge. We are the party responsible for the personal information described in this policy. For any privacy question, you can reach us using the contact details at the end of this page.
We collect the information you choose to share with us: your name and contact details; the medical history, diagnoses, reports, and imaging you provide during intake; your travel and logistical preferences; and any correspondence with our team. When you use this website we also collect limited technical data, such as basic device and usage information.
We use your information solely to review your case, coordinate care with independent clinicians and institutions, arrange travel and logistics, communicate with you, and meet our legal obligations. We never sell your data, and we do not use your medical information for advertising.
We share information only with your explicit consent, and only to the extent necessary to coordinate your care — for example, with the specific physicians or institutions reviewing your case, or with travel providers you have approved. We require every partner to protect your data with equivalent care.
Because we coordinate care across borders, your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Whenever we transfer data internationally, we apply appropriate safeguards so that your information remains protected to the standard described in this policy.
Your information is encrypted in transit and handled with clinical-grade confidentiality. Access is strictly limited to the coordinators and reviewers directly involved in your case, and every submission is reviewed personally.
We retain your information only for as long as needed to coordinate your care and to satisfy legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. When it is no longer required, we securely delete or anonymise it.
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to your information, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict certain processing, or withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, simply contact us.
This website uses a small number of essential cookies and privacy-respecting analytics to keep the site working and to understand general usage. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles.
Our services are intended for adults. Where we coordinate care for a minor, we do so only together with a parent or legal guardian, who provides and manages the child's information on their behalf.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will revise the date shown above and, where appropriate, notify you directly.
