These terms govern your use of the Kaiyan Global Health website and services. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
By accessing this website or working with Kaiyan, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Kaiyan provides healthcare advisory and cross-border care coordination services. Our services do not replace diagnosis, treatment, or prescriptions provided by licensed physicians. All medical decisions should be made in consultation with your treating physician.
Nothing on this website or provided through our services constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All clinical decisions are made by licensed physicians. This website is not intended for medical emergencies — if you are experiencing one, contact your local emergency services immediately.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use our services. Where you provide information about another person, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it up to date. The quality of the coordination we provide depends on the accuracy of what you share with us.
Any fees for our services will be described to you clearly and agreed in advance. Charges levied by hospitals, clinicians, travel providers, or other third parties are separate and are your responsibility unless we agree otherwise in writing.
We treat your information as confidential and handle it in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We ask that you likewise keep confidential any non-public information we share with you while coordinating your care.
We carefully select the physicians and institutions we work with, but they remain independent third parties. We are not responsible for the medical treatment, outcomes, or conduct of any third-party provider, and any care you receive is subject to that provider’s own terms.
All content on this website — including text, design, and the Kaiyan name and marks — belongs to Kaiyan Global Health or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.
Our website and coordination services are provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kaiyan is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for the acts, omissions, or clinical outcomes of independent providers. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
You agree to hold Kaiyan harmless from claims arising out of information you provide that is inaccurate or misleading, or from your misuse of our website or services.
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you locally.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after any changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
