Who Does What?

Kaiyan · Care Navigation & Coordination

Kaiyan advisors help clarify service needs, organize authorized medical records, match suitable providers, arrange appointments and coordinate communication, logistics and follow-up. Kaiyan does not perform clinical evaluation.

Qualified Physicians & Healthcare Providers

Licensed healthcare professionals determine medical suitability, conduct clinical assessments, recommend tests, explain results and make diagnosis or treatment recommendations. Clients choose whether to proceed.

Important Clinical Boundaries

MRI, MRA and vascular imaging are not default screening tests. Sudden facial droop, weakness or speech disturbance requires immediate emergency assessment. Medical services and significant additional case work are priced separately from Kaiyan coordination services.

Start with the right question. Find the right care pathway.
