Licensed healthcare providers at partner hospitals and clinics make medical assessments, diagnoses, treatment recommendations, and clinical decisions based on their professional judgment.
ENA Individual is a care-navigation membership, not medical care, diagnosis or treatment. Medical services are provided by independent, licensed healthcare providers. Significant additional case work or medical fees may be separate, depending on the selected tier and specific needs. Membership services, service frequency, response times and any additional coordination fees are defined in the applicable membership agreement.
