Who Does What?
Kaiyan · Care Navigation & Coordination
Kaiyan helps organize your medical records, match you with suitable healthcare providers, arrange appointments, coordinate logistics, organize your reports, and support follow-up. Kaiyan does not perform diagnosis or treatment.
Qualified Physicians & Healthcare Providers
Licensed healthcare professionals perform the medical assessment, conduct the checkup, provide TCM consultation, explain the results, determine whether any treatment is clinically appropriate, and issue medical recommendations or prescriptions where permitted.
This program is intended for broad health evaluation and preventive review, not for emergency symptoms or the definitive diagnosis of a specific acute condition. The TCM experience is optional and does not replace emergency care, specialist diagnosis, or medically necessary treatment. Any TCM consultation, diagnosis, treatment, prescription, or follow-up is determined by qualified providers. Kaiyan coordinates the service pathway but does not provide medical practice.
